Lypovetsk Energy Research Hub, implemented in cooperation with Kagawa Electric Power Co., Ltd., UCCJ, and with the participation of the
NECU cluster (read more →).The aim of the project is to develop an optimal model for applying Japanese energy solutions in Ukraine’s agricultural and industrial sectors, with further scalability.
Within the initiative, the company’s existing infrastructure is used to create synergy between agricultural production and energy technologies. This approach helps reduce operating costs and establish an autonomous energy framework for the farm.
The project includes the integration of solar photovoltaic panels, the implementation of battery energy storage systems (BESS), as well as testing autonomous and hybrid operating modes. Special attention is given to analyzing efficiency, stability, and the economic feasibility of the implemented solutions.
Lypovetska’s participation in the project is part of its strategic course toward increasing energy efficiency, technological advancement, and sustainable development.
